White Deer Run is a network of treatment centers located throughout the state of Pennsylvania. In 16 different locations, White Deer Run helps treat individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, as well as those who are afflicted with co-occurring disorders. We specifically treat individuals who are addicted to substances like alcohol, heroin, cocaine, meth, stimulants, inhalants, opioids, prescription drugs, and synthetic marijuana, as well as individuals who suffer from co-occurring conditions including bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, and anxiety. At White Deer Run, it is our primary objective to help guide patients towards recovery and a better way of life, and we do that through the provision of a number of programs, such as residential rehabilitation, a traditional outpatient program (OP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), gender-specific halfway houses, medically monitored detoxification, and a partial hospitalization program (PHP).

At Belmont Behavioral Health System, we offer acute inpatient treatment for teens ages 13-17 who are struggling with acute symptoms of mental health concerns. Inpatient treatment is designed to be a short-term level of care that can help individuals in crisis achieve stabilization. Generally, our adolescent inpatient program lasts for about two weeks, but each patient’s actual program duration is based on their needs. Adolescents in the inpatient program can benefit from round-the-clock supervision from a caring team of professionals. Our staff has a shared goal of helping each patient learn more about their diagnosis and gain the insight they need to improve overall functioning in school, at home, and in their community. We recognize the individual strengths of our patients and deliver customized care that can help them build on their inherent skills. When a young person takes part in our inpatient program, they can receive the focused support they need to make positive behavior changes and achieve to their highest potential.

Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Center for Families (CFF), a valued member of the Newport Healthcare family of programs, provides guidance, awareness, and education for families in local communities around mental health and substance use struggles. We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.
