The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program utilizes evidenced based treatment modalities and group based treatment on topics to address co-occurring including emotional regulation, development of coping skills, mindfullness, stress management, distress tolerence, boundary setting, interpersonal effectiveness, treatment compliance, and goal setting / achievement. Participants continue to participate in their personal and professional lives while addressing the specific stressors and circumstances that contribute to the dysfunction, pain, or distress that leads to treatment. Participants will learn new, more adaptive approaches to coping with anxiety, stress, depression, addictions, and / or interpersonal conflict.

Women's Wellness Group - IOP

Women's Wellness Group: Monday-Friday 9am-12pm The Women's Wellness Group provides comprehensive services for women ages 18+ who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, or sexual abuse and are also experiencing concerns related to mood anxiety, or co-occurring substance use. The Women's Wellness Group empowers women with collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment efforts through evidence-based and trauma-informed mental health care. This group combines a process and skills group to facilitate well-rounded care.
