With more than 20 years of experience, we have a team of skilled, fully trained DBT therapists who offer individual therapy, DBT Groups, couples, and family therapy. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT, is a type of behavioral therapy that helps those struggling with emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance issues.
