If you or someone you love has attended multiple treatment programs or if this is your first attempt, we can help. Gulf Breeze Recovery is a non-12 step holistic rehabilitation program that specializes in helping people overcome chronic relapse. Our principled approach focuses on the underlying cause and the subsequent freedom from addiction, along with any co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety trauma, etc. The mental health recovery processes are tailored to each individual’s need and performed in three phases: developmental activities, small group activities, and intensive one-on-one individual counseling. All personal issues are reserved for the one-on-one discussions. To provide everyone with the best possible chance at recovery, we have taken an industry leadership position in the number of therapy hours that our guests receive. To take the distractions out of recovery, the building is located on the water and is neat, clean, comfortable and safe. Private rooms are available. There is a fishing pier, white sand area and a pool to enjoy during time off. 5 Components of our Thrive Program
