Positive Recovery Center’s IOP is an addiction treatment program that is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, and other responsibilities or who do not require a higher level of care. IOP does not provide round-the-clock supervision but allows flexibility for clients to focus on their recovery while they transition back into their communities.

The ARISE RECOVERY CENTERS IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) was created to provide our clients with affordable, transparent, individualized, best practice, and effective drug & alcohol treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12 step recovery. We work with each individual to heal their mind, body, and spirit, as they develop new life skills that result in long-term recovery.

The Houston Center for Valued Living (HCFVL) provides comprehensive services for individuals grappling with a range of concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), various phobias (such as animal phobia, needle phobia, and driving phobia), Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder / Excessive Worrying, Social Anxiety, and those facing challenges in the transition to adulthood. These services fall under the category of Intensive Outpatient or IOP. Our IOP services are tailored for individuals who haven’t achieved the desired outcomes from meeting with a therapist once or twice a week. Our clinicians offer a compassionate therapeutic environment, where they work with you one-on-one, in 3-hour blocks, 3 to 5 days a week to collaboratively address your specific treatment needs. These sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. IOP proves particularly valuable for those transitioning from residential or inpatient treatment, individuals taking school or work leave, or those in need of more substantial support than what weekly outpatient therapy provides.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

The Council on Recovery offers multiple levels of outpatient alcohol and drug rehab that may be right for you or your loved one, depending on your unique situation.

The OCD Institute Texas provides specialty treatment for OCD, anxiety, phobias, depression & PTSD. Our expert therapists have all received intensive training in treating these disorders. They utilize evidence-based treatment, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families and couples. Next Step Behavioral Houston is a 24/7 residential treatment facility for Adults 18 and older with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our primary focus of care is mental illness. We provide short term (90 days or less) and long-term (life care) for our clients, which is based on their individual needs. Our client are individuals that have a history of going in and out of the hospital, have misdemeanors, and behavioral concerns.
