Our mission is to help men and women overcome addiction by providing community, connection, and purpose. Zak’s House is dedicated to providing addiction treatment, rehab, detox, and sober living to patients and assist families, restore health and well-being as well as bring hope to their lives. The goal is to empower persons served by Zak’s House to end their use of alcohol and other drugs. It is our commitment to provide clients with affordable, individualized, best practice, and effective rehab, and detox treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12-Step recovery. We believe this can bring about the necessary change to go on and experience a sober, productive life.

Since 2007, Woodleaf has helped clients with anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder recover. We are the longest running eating disorder program in Northern California and our specialty binge eating program has been running over 16 years. Our adult program is intentionally small creating a safe, private environment in which to heal. Our convenient evening hours are designed so professionals and students can keep living their lives while they recover. Insurance often covers program costs and we offer scholarships whenever possible. All of our staff are licensed experts (no interns) and have been working together for years. This stable, seasoned atmosphere accelerates the healing process.

Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services treats teen boys and girls ages 12 – 17 experiencing substance use and mental health conditions. Our campuses are beautiful, home-like settings in Sonoma County, Clovis and Riverside, California, where clients enjoy camaraderie, benefit from intensive integrated therapy, and enjoy recreation and experiential therapy activities. Boys and girls are treated and housed separately to eliminate drama and distraction. This program provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for teens experiencing a range of behavioral healthcare issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, and suicidality. Programming is trauma-informed to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where teens can feel open and comfortable engaging in treatment and focusing on their care without distractions. Muir Wood is also in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Halcyon, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan, MHN, and Optum.

Evolve Danville offers premier mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis treatment for teens ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming/high-risk behaviors, addiction, suicidality, ADHD, conduct disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other emotional/behavioral issues. At Evolve, we cater exclusively to adolescents. Our treatment team (which includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff) focus on what we do best: creating a safe, supportive, warm home environment for teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health. It’s research-proven that teens have specific clinical needs that differ from other age groups. A specialty program like ours can be a safer experience and promote better recovery for your child than other programs which also include adults. Our high staff-patient ratio, deliberately small groups (we only serve up to six teens at any given time), and licensed, experienced clinical team allow us to provide the highest caliber of personalized, evidence-based care.

With 10 beautiful treatment centers from the cliffs of Malibu to the scenic hills of San Rafael, Paradigm provides teens, young adults and their families with Joint Commission-accredited mental health treatment in safe, luxurious, residential settings. We serve individuals between the ages of 12 – 26 who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues. Our in-depth processes for assessment, treatment and aftercare are painstakingly developed so as to best meet the unprecedented mental health concerns confronting today’s youth. Utilizing a curated blend of traditional, evidence-based and progressive therapeutic practices, Paradigm works closely with clients and their families to treat issues that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders and trauma. We treat the socio-emotional underpinnings of behaviors rather than simply focusing on behaviors themselves.
