PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. At Burkwood Treatment Center, we strive to set the standard for residential addiction care by delivering a premier rehab program for adults age 18 and older. Our residential rehab program has many unique features that may set it apart from other programs. These include a counselor-to-client ratio of 1-to-8, a dedicated recovery curriculum called the Way of Life System, and staff members who specialize in delivering focused treatment modalities, including Making Alcoholics Anonymous Easier (MAAEZ) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In our residential program, adults who have a variety of addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns spend around six weeks receiving personalized care at our facility. Our average length of stay is 39 days, and clients receive customized support to plan for their ongoing recovery needs when residential treatment ends.

Burkwood Treatment Center, located in Hudson, Wisconsin, is a premier provider of addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older. In our addiction treatment programs, adults who have been struggling with substance use disorders can receive focused care from compassionate counselors and benefit from a range of effective therapies. We offer a residential program for clients who are seeking intensive substance use treatment services in a dedicated recovery environment. We also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who need regular, structured addiction treatment but do not require residential care. Each person who receives care in one of our addiction treatment programs has the chance to benefit from individualized support delivered by a committed team of professionals. At the residential level, treatment involves a minimum of 30 hours of programming per week, including a mix of individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, we offer family therapy at the residential level on an as-needed basis. In our IOP, we provide group sessions three nights a week and offer individual and family therapies.

Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week.
