Sandstone Care provides substance use, addiction, and mental health treatment for young adults (ages 18 to 30) and adolescents (ages 13 to 18) including Residential Treatment, Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and General Outpatient (OP) programming.

We have tailored our program to the unique needs of men during recovery. Men can have a difficult time expressing thoughts, feelings, and emotions during therapy, so we have customized our approach to focus on making it easier for our patients in these areas. HPR’s programming is formatted to benefit men seeking help for the first time and men who have been to other treatment centers, who need a more intimate, individualized setting to heal. There is a disc golf course, pickleball court, basketball court, mountain bike trails, and walking trails. NorthStar Transitions is a Joint Commission accredited facility that provides licensed drug and alcohol treatment for adults 18 and over. Our offerings include a full continuum of outpatient services such as Day Treatment (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Set with a beautiful backdrop of the Rockies and a picturesque property, Avenues at Denver provides the ideal setting for clients to heal, re-connect and re-discover themselves. Turning Point is best known for its work with youth with dual-diagnosis/co-occurring disorders. Turning Point provides Drug & Alcohol treatment in tandem with Mental Health Treatment. We provide direct clinical intervention services to address behavioral health and substance abuse issues for high-risk youth, ultimately teaching youth to make healthy life choices and smarter decisions. Our well qualified staff, combined with the agency’s five decades of experience, allow us to better treat youth with the programs and services they need, no matter the intensity of their troubles and challenges.
