Relationship Classes & Counseling

We are a growing team in the Denver metro area that helps children, adolescents, adults, couples and families through professional counseling and relationship classes, workshops and retreats throughout Colorado! We all hold a personal and professional passion to help individuals, couples, and families feel more connected by delivering excellent preventive and remedial relationship education to promote healthier relationships. At times we need help from a trusted and trained counseling professional who can help us acknowledge our strengths, recognize our patterns, and teach us new skills. Get back on track to live a more satisfying life and enjoy more fulfilling relationships!

Family and Teen Classes & Counseling

Our relationship and parenting classes for individuals, couples, teens and families can give you insights and skills to enjoy your most important relationships more confidently and completely! We offer general mental health skills classes to help individuals, couples and families deal with anxiety, addictions, depression, trauma and more. Our research-based teen relationship classes help equip adolescents age 12-18 to enjoy and thrive in (rather than fear) the many challenges of social and dating relationships, personal identity and integrity. And our parenting classes equip parents with hope and skills to regain proper control and strengthen their parent-child relationships.

Sexual Addiction, Affair Recovery & Grief

At times in our romantic relationships, we can experience deep heartache and loss of trust from the same person who brings us joy, comfort, and satisfaction. We help the individual who had the affair or the person with a sex addiction, the betrayed partner, or the couple trying to make sense of the next steps after an affair discovery. Our Men's Sexual Recovery and separate men and women Partner Betrayal Recovery groups provide hope and lasting healing. We also have specialized training to help people grieve losses such as suicide, death and many other life transitions. Start to heal!
