Offices in Newark and North Wilmington

We opened our first office in Newark in 2007. Recently renovated and updated in May of 2014, our Newark location now features 14 treatment rooms and a spacious waiting room to service our wide and varied client base. In 2013 we opened our North Wilmington location in Concord Plaza. Our North Wilmington location is focused on providing services for children and adolescents in our Children's Services company. Our Wilmington location also provides psychological and neuropsychological testing through our Assessment Services company as well as our traditional behavioral health services for all ages in our Outpatient Services company. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

This structured support group is run by Mike Considine, LPCMH and is used as a supplement to individual CBT to enhance treatment. DBT focuses on four modules throughout the duration of the support group: interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. These modules aim to help individuals have better coping skills, interpersonal relationships, and more mindful outlooks. This group benefits individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, self harming individuals, those with severe depressions, eating disorders, substance abuse, and anger management. Eating Disoder Group

This therapy group is for individuals who are dealing with eating disorders and is facilitated under the direction of Dr. Carrie Anderson. The ultimate goal of the group is to assist individuals in finding alternative coping strategies as well as better manage aspects of their lives affected by their eating disorders. The group is a supplement to individual therapy, but those who are awaiting therapy are also welcome to participate.
