Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured support with sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, available from 9:30am-12:30pm or 5:30pm-8:30pm, either virtually or in-person. Clients commit to one group for a 12-week, skill-based curriculum focused on developing practical skills and understanding addiction. Participants also engage in weekly individual therapy, monthly medical/psychiatric consultations, and 2-3 weekly urine drug screens. Additionally, our family skills group supports families in learning effective strategies to aid their loved ones' recovery, enhancing the overall treatment impact and promoting long-term sobriety.

Day Treatment (Partial Hospitalization)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive recovery support for adults without 24-hour supervision. The program includes 30 weekly hours of personalized treatment, such as individual and group therapy, psychiatry/medication management, and a family skills group to educate families on supporting their loved ones. We accommodate both in-person and virtual options, allowing clients to balance recovery with daily responsibilities like work or school. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, our PHP focuses on developing enduring skills for substance use management, fostering personal growth, and promoting long-term stability.
