Family Groups, Cognitive Therapy, & Process Groups

Our group therapy is therapeutic work that happens in a group led by one or more of our experienced Clinical team members. There are a number of different group therapy modalities that we offer, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-educational, and Cognitive Behavioral groups. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
