Young Adult Recovery Support Group

We offer a men's and women's recovery group each week. The group is led be a licensed therapist who is also a licensed addiction counselor. This group is a place to meet others who desire recovery and overall wellness. The group members will receive education and support in the areas of recovery from Internet Internet/video game/porn abuse, isolation," failure to launch", improved interpersonal effectiveness skills to promote connection with others. Cognitive behavioral therapy skills and dialectical behavioral skills will be taught and members will be encouraged to utilize these skills regularly. The groups are ongoing.
