I have been providing mental health and addiction treatment to individuals for 16 years. I specialize in co-occurring disorders ie. addiction and mental health conditions as well as the wide range of issues that tend to go along with addiction, such as but not limited to trauma, domestic violence and spirituality. Specific areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bi-polar, adjustment disorders, stress management, learning good self care, codependence and grief.
I offer a collaborative approach in order to find the best way to support you with your specific treatment needs. Therapy should be more of a partnership that allows you an opportunity to contribute to the healing process. I have special knowledge of buddhist culture.
