I specialize in working with couples, as well as adult individuals struggling with addiction. I see you as a whole person and am mindful of the pain you have experienced and get there are many ways to recovery. In my work with substance abuse I understand the feelings that come along with the burden of addiction. Will I be accepted; am I enough to be loved; do I belong? These are normal questions for most people suffering and questioning addiction. I create safety to help explore these questions.

I enjoy working with couples using PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) to help couples learn how to regulate and support each other. I see the importance of the mind-body connection and help partners navigate the often turbulent waters of relationship as well as teach regulating tools to maximize intimacy.

As a Hakomi Therapist I use mindfulness to help you slow your thinking down and pay attention to your body, thoughts, and feelings and to discover, perhaps for the first time, that it is safe to notice. I use attachment-based techniques to help create safety and connection for healing. I'm an integrator through CIIS, for those interested in psychedelics.
