As a therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have spent more than 15 years assisting individuals with overcoming life challenges. My purpose is to inspire and support changes that lead to fulfillment and self-empowerment. Together we will work on emotional and mental health issues for an improved sense of well‐being, to alleviate feelings of distress and to resolve crises.

To achieve the best result I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Mindfulness therapy, Cognitive/Behavioral and Dialectical approaches.
Treatment is not a one size fits all approach. I am also, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience assisting individuals with navigating their way to a sober lifestyle. As a dual clinician I will assist you with getting on a path to a healthy and harmonious life.
