I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and offer counseling for individuals and couples. We will work together from the start to get clear on what you want from counseling. In general, my work with couples focuses on improving communication, changing patterns, strengthening the relationship bond, and (re)establishing connection and trust between partners. When I work with individuals, we often aim to get a clearer understanding of what's going on inside, and to find new ways of navigating through the moments or areas of life that feel stuck.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which can be used with couples (EFCT) and individuals (EFIT). I also have training in a variety of other methodologies, including mindfulness and breathwork. We will work collaboratively in our meetings to find a way of working together that feels like the best fit for you.
