Blu by the Sea, Treatment Facility in Mobile
“"THERE IS HOPE AND A SOLUTION" A NON-12 step revolutionary holistic treatment program designed to permanently overcome substance abuse and restore an individual to their former self. The Program at Blu by the Sea has been proven over the past 10 plus years to be the most effective treatment option for those struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The program has over 600 successful graduates. Developed by a mother and father, who after four unsuccessful attempts at helping their own son recover through traditional 12 step programs, knew there had to be a better way. They worked tirelessly to form a holistic, alternative treatment program with more of a hands on, 1 on 1 therapeutic approach. The cornerstone is the amount of time clients get to spend with the professionals in 1 on 1 therapy. The program is ever evolving at Blu by the Sea; only the latest techniques and clinically proven methods are utilized, making the program an industry leader in the area of substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The team of medical and clinical professionals range from a psychiatrist, a medical doctor specializing in addiction, & masters level therapists.

Bridging the Gap Recovery, Treatment Facility in Birmingham
“BTG uses a phased approach, with gradually increasing levels of freedom and responsibility. We do this by transitioning our clients through our different levels of care. Our clients are not just taught basic recovery tools, but must begin using them from the beginning, and increasingly so as they progress through the phases of their program. This treatment philosophy is obviously more evident in our residential program, but still plays a subtle role in our out-patient programs as well. If your client has already had some substance abuse treatment, you may be interested to know that our transitional phased approach is self-paced rather than time-dependent. We will work with other treatment providers to maintain a continuum of care based on the client's status in the different dimensions spelled out by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and the unresolved issues in the clients' original treatment plan. Therefore, a client coming to BTG for long-term or follow-up care after completing a primary treatment program elsewhere, would more than likely start in Phase II or Phase III and likely progress through theses phases quicker than someone coming directly to BTG.

Destin Recovery Addiction Treatment Center, Treatment Facility in Birmingham
“Dr. Roland Reeves, MD and his medical team at Destin Recovery use evidence-based medicine and treat addiction as a chronic disease. We treat the disease of addiction and substance abuse with the same rigorous methodology as you would treat diabetes, heart disease or depression. Your treatment involves the latest science that combines medical therapy and private, one-on-one counseling. This complex disease involves changes in the structure and function of the brain. Your treatment will involve the mind, body, and soul. This requires not only therapists and peer groups, but the ongoing involvement of a physician. Dr. Reeves, MD, is committed to helping individuals RECOVER. Destin Recovery offers real treatment to people with drug and alcohol addiction problems though the various transitional stages of recovery and moves them towards being a self-managed individual in control of their own life. Our Rehabilitation Center's evidence-based medical approach to recovery incorporates a variety of treatment programs that ultimately focus on learning or regaining life skills that enable long-term recovery and prevent relapse.

Solutions Retreat, Residential In-patient, Treatment Facility in Huntsville
“Solutions Retreat provides the one-on-one care your loved one needs for permanent recovery. A small, very affordable, 24- hour-a-day, 28-day residential and long-term residential opportunity where men (18 and older) can face core issues, get honest, get and stay clean and sober, and change their lives in ways you could never imagine. Our clients acquired the disease of alcoholism by "experiencing the disease" usually over a long period of time. The "experience of recovery" is the key to long term, permanent recovery, accomplished one day at a time. Information and lectures about recovery are insufficient and sometime seem to actually make things worse. Outpatient treatment and traditional group therapy often turns into a lecture by the therapist. These and other methods sound good to non-alcoholics or-non-addicts but often don't work for alcoholics and addicts. If information or a lecture could get your loved-one clean and sober, your loved-one would already be clean and sober. You have heard about the success that experiential therapy is enjoying. This is "experiential recovery" and it works. Call us at the number above on the right. We are real easy to talk to.

Inpatient or Outpatient Treatment

INPATIENT TREATMENT: WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Residential Inpatient treatment in Alabama (AL) usually consists of 24 hour care at a live-in facility. Full treatment services, including medical and behavioral therapy are provided all at one location near Alabama (AL).

Medical supervision is generally placed over each resident. In drug treatment centers, clients can detox safely. In eating disorder centers in Alabama (AL), residential programs enable effective monitoring of the client's health during the treatment program.

Inpatient care offers a structured atmosphere and allows the client and providers to focus on physical and psychological healing.

OUTPATIENT TREATMENT: WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Outpatient treatment programs in Alabama (AL) or clinics provide flexibility to those who are unable to take time away from their regular lives, work or school. Programs typically meet at the clinic a couple of times every week for a few hours at a time.

Because clients are living away from the centers, outpatient facilities in Alabama (AL) are less able to focus on medical conditions and nutritional needs.

Certain programs provide a combination of the in/out approach: Inpatient for medical stabilization, partial hospitalization for moderate cases, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient clinics for follow-up.
