Engage’s purpose is to provide therapeutic support for young adults struggling with attachment distress, and relational trauma that is often creating emotional and relational challenges. These challenges may be depression, anxiety, loneliness, and lack of purpose. An Engage candidate is a young adult that is stalled in the developmental process of establishing a separate and independent life from their parents. Our participant is struggling with relational trauma, anxiety, depression, moderate substance abuse and a potential emerging personality disorder that are creating significant barriers to move into healthy independence.
