Welcome to Cornerstone Clinic! We are an integrative mental health clinic committed to providing the best patient care. We currently have mental health counseling, dietitian consulting, massage therapy, and psychiatric medication management. The traditional approach to mental health largely focuses on only medications and therapy, perhaps some talk of nutrition. However, we believe very strongly in promoting overall wellness which in turn improves mental health. Because of this, we have non-traditional mental health staff such as our dietitian and massage therapist. As a clinic we are committed to treating you with kindness and respect. We specialize in addictions, eating disorders, relationships, family dynamics, trauma, work-related topics, and military concerns for individuals, couples, families, and groups. At Evolve Mount Helix, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, aggression, defiance, trauma, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrated with Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and other data-driven modalities.
