We offer a Holistic Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Blount County &Tri-Cities ages 10+. Learn how to regulate your emotions in a small, personal, group therapy program in a home setting. We offer a non-institutionalized setting, that is peaceful and relaxing. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is embedded in our program. DBT is evidenced based and effective in reducing impulsive and reactive behavior. As part of the program, we offer holistic, mindfulness activities weekly. Our group treatment is offered three hours a day, three days a week for 7.5 weeks (24 sessions). We teach DBT's four skills of Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. TrustPoint Hospital offers comprehensive inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older. Our hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, serves patients who have developed anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. We have organized our inpatient program into several units, including an affective disorders unit, a co-occurring disorders unit, and a senior psychiatry unit for older adults who are struggling with dementia and other age-related conditions.
