Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services, Inc. outpatient clinics provide behavioral health services including: Individual Therapy Group Therapy Family Therapy Mental Health Evaluations Psychiatric Evaluations Medication Services Specialized services include DBT, CBT, Trauma, Art Therapy, Eating Disorders, Grief/Loss, and Anger Management. With a staff of 7 Psychiatrists, Certified Nurse Practitioners and therapists, Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services has been the primary provider of mental healthcare for the past 55 years in Fayette County. Children of all ages are seen at CRCSI by our therapists and/or Child and Adolescent psychiatrists either via tele-therapy or in person. Our New Directions school is an option for children suffering with moderate to severe mental health issues. It is the only licensed Private Academic School and Partial Hospitalization mental health treatment program in Fayette County, PA.

At Pittsburgh Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid addictions. MAT is a form of opioid addiction treatment that uses prescription medication and counseling services to help people stop opioid use, prevent relapse, and maintain long-term recovery. Clearbrook's substance abuse treatment program is centered on the belief that alcoholism and chemical dependency is a primary disease. Thus, our approach to treatment is utilizing the Minnesota Model, or otherwise known as the abstinence model, as well as incorporating the 12-step model of recovery into treatment goals and aftercare planning.

Promont Wellness is a premier, outpatient treatment center offering outpatient mental health & substance use treatment ranging from 25 hours per week at our highest level of care to two hours per week at our least intensive level of care. Promont strongly believes in providing quality services to those who may need them. At Promont Wellness, we offer the full continuum of outpatient care; PHP, IOP and OP, with individualized treatment options. We also offer medicated assisted treatment in all levels of care. Our staff have backgrounds working with mental health, substance use, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma, eating disorders and many other concerns which are often cooccurring with substance use disorders. Once a person has developed an addiction to opioids, it can be quite difficult for them to stop using these drugs without professional help. The powerful cravings and other painful symptoms that are characteristic of opioid withdrawal can keep people trapped in a downward spiral of compulsive opioid abuse. But when a person receives medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, they may find it easier to achieve long-term recovery from an opioid addiction. MAT is an evidence-based approach to opioid addiction treatment that includes prescription medication and counseling. The medications that are approved for use in MAT programs in the U.S. can ease the distress of withdrawal, which can help people end their opioid use. With their minds and bodies no longer weakened by opioids, people can achieve the strength and clarity they need to fully engage in the counseling component of treatment. The counseling sessions MAT patients attend can help them address the psychological, behavioral, and social aspects of opioid addiction and recovery. Many respected organizations, such as the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), have endorsed MAT as an effective means of treating opioid addiction.

At Bradford Recovery Center, we provide an outpatient treatment program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and certain co-occurring mental health conditions. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) can be the ideal choice for people who need personalized and structured treatment services but don’t require 24-hour support. Our PHP can also work well as a continuing care option for patients who are stepping down from a more intensive form of treatment. Patients in our PHP typically remain in the program for around 90 days, but your individual needs will determine your precise length of stay. PHP participants can attend daily full-day programming, which may incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the 12-Step model of recovery. Our medical team is available daily to provide basic medical care, and we offer medication management services on an as-needed basis.

Sanare Today offers Outpatient Individual and Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization for individuals in crisis or who are struggling with maintaining emotional stability or sobriety. Treatment ranges from one day per week to daily group programming. Groups are offered for tweens, adolescents and adults with a focus on mental health, substance use, DBT, trauma and LGBTQ-specific populations.
