Using Neurofeedback, people of all ages can effortlessly learn to re-condition their brains to correct unbalanced brain wave activity, resulting in improved day-to-day functioning. You can think of Neurofeedback as "brain training." Like a muscle, your brain gets stronger the more you train it. When the brain works better, you feel better and do better. Neurofeedback has an 85 - 90% success rate in reducing symptoms of ADHD, and has been deemed a "Level 1, Best Support Treatment" by the American Academy of Pediatrics for ADHD, which is the highest level of support. Research using neurofeedback with Autism shows promising results, such as some students improving sufficiently to be mainstreamed into regular classes. In cases such as behavioral problems in children (e.g., temper tantrums, aggression), Neurofeedback can help children learn to control impulsive behaviors. For depression, a gradual lifting of mood and energy can occur. In cases of anxiety, people can experience decreased frequency and intensity of anxiety. For migraines, there's a reduction of intensity, duration and frequency, even for people resistant to medication. With Neurofeedback, unlike medications, you are in control of your own treatment, there are no side effects, and training is time-limited.

Lake House Academy is a therapeutic boarding school for girls ages 10 to 15. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, our lakefront school provides students with a home-like environment and an optimal setting for healing. As an accredited school through the National Independent Private Schools Association, we follow all academic standards for the State of North Carolina, fully equipping our students for academic success while addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. Lake House Academy has a unique approach to treatment, prioritizing academics without shying away from clinical therapy. At Bradford Recovery Center, we provide an outpatient treatment program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and certain co-occurring mental health conditions. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) can be the ideal choice for people who need personalized and structured treatment services but don’t require 24-hour support. Our PHP can also work well as a continuing care option for patients who are stepping down from a more intensive form of treatment. Patients in our PHP typically remain in the program for around 90 days, but your individual needs will determine your precise length of stay. PHP participants can attend daily full-day programming, which may incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the 12-Step model of recovery. Our medical team is available daily to provide basic medical care, and we offer medication management services on an as-needed basis.

At Belmont Behavioral Health System, we offer acute inpatient treatment for teens ages 13-17 who are struggling with acute symptoms of mental health concerns. Inpatient treatment is designed to be a short-term level of care that can help individuals in crisis achieve stabilization. Generally, our adolescent inpatient program lasts for about two weeks, but each patient’s actual program duration is based on their needs. Adolescents in the inpatient program can benefit from round-the-clock supervision from a caring team of professionals. Our staff has a shared goal of helping each patient learn more about their diagnosis and gain the insight they need to improve overall functioning in school, at home, and in their community. We recognize the individual strengths of our patients and deliver customized care that can help them build on their inherent skills. When a young person takes part in our inpatient program, they can receive the focused support they need to make positive behavior changes and achieve to their highest potential.

Water Gap Wellness serves individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder. All clients receive intensive clinical therapy regardless of whether they have completed inpatient or residential treatment for a mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use disorder. Clients benefit from a comprehensive, structured level of step-down support that fosters transition to a more independent lifestyle.

Rogers Behavioral Health's Philadelphia area clinic offers highly specialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, and trauma/PTSD. All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components.
