Situated 20 miles west of Minneapolis, Vinland's main campus encompasses 178 acres of restored prairie land, woods and shoreline in a rural setting located 9 miles west of Wayzata.

Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chemical dependency issues, sexual and gender identity issues, compulsive behavior, autism spectrum disorders, attention or focusing problems, relationship or marital conflict, and much more. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. Rogers Behavioral Health's Minneapolis area clinic offers highly specialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, mental health and addiction, and trauma/PTSD. All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Situated on 15 picturesque, wooded acres along the north shore of Medicine Lake in Plymouth, Minnesota, our youth campus provides the ideal setting to begin the journey to recovery. Our unique approach has led to our recognition as a national leader in the treatment of teen alcohol and drug addiction. And our continued commitment to the best evidence-based practices, keeps us ahead of the rest as well as our programs for families. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

Our primary focus is helping children and adolescents ages 5-18 with behavioral and emotional struggles. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.

Mindpath College Health provides outpatient mental health care for college and university students, staff, and the surrounding community. We provide a broad spectrum of individual and group therapy, relationship counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management and psychiatry. Mindpath College Health helps patients 18+ with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, gender and sexual identity, grief, life changes, OCD, relationships, and trauma and PTSD.

Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. We partner with community providers, working hand in hand to provide Medication-Assisted Treatments, Mental Health, Peer Recovery, and Sober Housing.
