Sage is a licensed private abstinence based residential treatment centre that offers a customized evidence-based treatment program for men and women who are struggling with addictions. Red Road Recovery is a private addictions treatment centre for substance abuse and concurrent disorders located in Sorrento BC. Our 12-month Aftercare program is suitable for anyone who has successfully completed any inpatient or outpatient treatment program. We also offer a 2-week intensive "in community" for First Nations groups.

Our 5-week residential Traumatic Stress Recovery Program (TSRP), followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support, is a customized program for individuals who have experienced trauma or who suffer from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Every person experiences trauma differently. A family member ( i.e. spouse, sister/ brother can join the program in a week 1 and week 2). Our highly-trained clinical team can help you understand PTSD and its comorbid conditions, and provide support tailored to your experience and symptoms. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, psycho-educational sessions, and more. Our mission is to educate and support individuals and their families who desire a new life in recovery. We provide an immersive 60-90 day recovery-based primary addiction treatment experience and hosts an on-site medical clinic staffed by three physicians, a dietician, and a Registered Nurse. The medical clinic offers medication stabilization, detox/withdrawal management, and continued after-care.
