We serve clients 18 years old and up. We serve primary substance use disorder clients in our intensive outpatient program, as well as in general outpatient counseling, outpatient group therapy, and medication management. We also serve primary mental health clients who are struggling with an array of mental health and/or adjustment issues (grief, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, etc) in a general outpatient capacity. Our primary mental health clients may also participate in medication management if needed.

We are the sole comprehensive treatment program for eating disorders in southeastern North Carolina, with both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. Because expert level care is important to us, we employ the only Certified Eating Disorders Specialists in the region to address all clinical and subclinical eating and body image issues. In addition, we employ the region's only Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian. Treatment can include specialized assessments; individual, family, and group counseling, medication management, nutritional counseling, meal support, and collaboration with higher levels of care. We also offer a cutting edge aftercare program for Weight Loss Surgery patients with nationally recognized bariatric experts. We have treated thousands of individuals with eating disorders since we were established in 2003 and at any given time, at least 50% of our client population struggles with some form of an eating disorder.

In-person and virtual programming offered! The Pines at Holly Hill Adult (18+) and Adolescent (13-17 years old) Outpatient offers two programs: Partial Hospitalization (Mon-Fri from 8:45am-2:00pm) and Intensive Outpatient: (Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:45am-12:00pm). Led by our Director of Outpatient and staffed with a team of medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Therapists and Registered Nurse), each program uses elements of evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients in need of more supportive treatment.
