Hillsborough Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a clinically excellent provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to opioids such as heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers. MAT is time-tested and considered a first-line form of opioid addiction care by respected organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). At Hillsborough CTC, MAT combines the use of FDA-approved medications with counseling to comprehensively address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of opioid addiction. The medications that are available for patients will vary across different clinics in our CTC network but may include methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. These medications can alleviate symptoms and cravings that are part of the opioid withdrawal process. The benefits of participating in MAT at our CTC may include better treatment retention, improved interpersonal relationships, and stronger performance at work.

We serve clients 18 years old and up. We serve primary substance use disorder clients in our intensive outpatient program, as well as in general outpatient counseling, outpatient group therapy, and medication management. We also serve primary mental health clients who are struggling with an array of mental health and/or adjustment issues (grief, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, etc) in a general outpatient capacity. Our primary mental health clients may also participate in medication management if needed.

Sea Coast Recovery is a day treatment program providing substance abuse treatment to individuals battling an addiction problem. We treat adults, ages 18 and up. Our Mission is to empower individuals through a holistic perspective to develop tools to recover from addiction and the impact it has caused on their lives, through prevention, education, crisis management, and treatment services. The Pines at Holly Hill Adult (18+) and Adolescent (13-17 years old) Outpatient offers two programs: Partial Hospitalization (Mon-Fri from 8:45am-2:00pm) and Intensive Outpatient: (Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:45am-12:00pm). Led by our Director of Outpatient and staffed with a team of medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Therapists and Registered Nurse), each program uses elements of evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients in need of more supportive treatment.
