Turnbridge is a nationally acclaimed provider of mental health and dual diagnosis treatment programs for adolescents (14-17) and young adults (18+). Turnbridge offers clients and their family members the comprehensive treatment services, consultation, and education needed to gain diagnostic clarity, assess executive functioning, and initiate whole-person healing. The Turnbridge treatment campuses are beautiful, welcoming, home-like environments in which clients, parents, and leading clinicians form an alliance focused on identifying the root causes of mental health conditions and address some of the most complex behavioral health problems. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has a high, research-proven success rate for adolescents with depression, anxiety, high emotional sensitivity, self-harming behaviors, and/or suicidal ideation. At Evolve Vanalden, we don’t just learn DBT—we live it. Our Comprehensive DBT treatment program is suited for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with these and other mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. Evolve is one of the only treatment centers in the country that offers a Comprehensive DBT residential program for teens. We incorporate all four Comprehensive DBT requirements: individual & family therapy, 24/7 in-the-moment skills coaching, skills training groups, and a weekly consultation team. Teens learn the four core skills of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance and benefit from weekly psychiatric supervision, daily academic support, and daily experiential therapies including equine, surf, drama, music, art, yoga and more. Whether during breakfast, group, downtime, or a midnight crisis, our therapists and residential counselors help our teens practice DBT skills at all hours of the day and night.

We work with individuals with diagnoses of Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Mood Disorders. Woodstock Manor residents range in age from their thirties to sixties. Many of the residents here choose to remain at Woodstock Manor for many years, while others move on to more independent living accommodations. We do not work with individuals with active addiction behaviors or with individuals who are currently aggressive. We are a small, highly individualized, family-like atmosphere with exceptionally trained and compassionate, creative staff members.

Individuals we typically work with have diagnoses of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or depression. Residents at Academy House have ranged in age from their mid-twenties to individuals over the age of 65. Some residents stay for a year or two while they work on learning symptom management and independent living skills, while other residents choose to remain at Academy House for many years. All of our residents are kind, empathetic, unique individuals with the potential for further growth and accomplishment.

Clarity is one of a select few advanced residential mental health treatment programs in N.Y. with expertise in treating complex psychiatric issues. We are physician operated program that is also licensed to provide highly advanced psychiatric treatment options such as ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Our philosophy is to minimize medications and provide one on one intensive treatment in an intimate small group environment. We service all adult ages and also offer specialty treatment tracts that address the unique needs of seniors, chronic pain sufferers. Treatment is provided to only 6 clients at a time to provide highly individualized attention. The Nsight Mental Health & Wellness Crisis Residential Treatment Center was created for clients who are seeking the highest quality of psychiatric care in a non-hospital setting. It is designed for individuals who are struggling with a primary mental health diagnosis who may require crisis stabilization before being admitted to an appropriate facility. The Nsight residential program, is a 6 bed psychiatric stabilization facility licensed by the California Department of Social Services and certified by the Department of Health Care Services, Mental Health Division. Since our inception in 2013, Nsight Psychology & Addiction has been dedicated to treating individuals in need of services for either primary mental health or substance abuse related issues. The residential facility provides a unique option for adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms to access quality psychiatric care in a voluntary and private setting without having to be admitted into a hospital. Our comfortable facility allows for a more private and individualized approach to psychiatric care to ensure that our clients receive professional treatment that exceeds the industry standard of care.

Milestones provides residential as well as day treatment programs for individuals suffering with Compulsive Overeating, Bulimia, Anorexia, and related disorders. We are a therapeutic community whose mission is to offer a supportive environment from which to begin a new way of life... a life way we refer to as "recovery." Milestones follows a "blended" approach to treatment - addressing both the "addictive" and emotional aspects of an eating disorder. Residents attend a full schedule of group and individual activities during the day as well as participate in various support groups during evenings and weekends. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and "real world" experiences are an integral part of the program. Unlike a traditional hospital environment, Milestones affords an opportunity to recover in a less restrictive setting while still receiving the support and structure necessary to overcome an eating disorder.
