We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. New Directions is now offering a group treatment telehealth program. We can now provide treatment for clients who live anywhere within the State of California. Telehealth is an innovative way to participate in our group treatment program and allows clients to connect with the therapist and one another in real time. It is easy to use and requires a computer with webcam , speakers and internet access. All communications are confidential and comply with privacy standards. We offer: Intimate group settings with a limit of 8 in a group 15 weeks intensive outpatient treatment, groups meet 3 times a week Group therapy facilitation by a licensed therapist Consultation with a nutritionist and/or registered dietitian Coordination with your primary care provider and/or therapist Individualized food plans prepared by our nutritionist. We offer groups for adults as well as an adolescent group. Our program integrates mental health, physical health, and we focus on depression, anxiety and eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating.

Evolve Danville offers outpatient treatment for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our licensed, specialized staff utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), individual and family therapy, multifamily groups, parent support groups, psychiatry, daily group sessions and psychoeducation. Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation and may display high-risk or self-harming behaviors. DBT is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Through DBT, we teach our patients the skills needed for distress tolerance, improved impulse control, emotion regulation, and effective communication. Teens also receive daily academic support and participate in experiential therapies such as music, art, mindfulness, yoga, and hiking. Additionally, we integrate addiction recovery modalities such as Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, SMART Recovery, and 12-Step support programs. Located in Sebastopol, California, Azure Acres Recovery Center offers comprehensive outpatient services that include a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Our PHP is available for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders. This level of care may be especially beneficial for people who do not require 24/7 monitoring but need structured treatment to achieve their wellness goals. Clients may enter the program directly or by stepping down from a higher level of care. The PHP meets Monday-Saturday for six hours each day. While the typical length of participation is 14-30 days, the actual program duration is determined on an individual basis. Interventions and techniques utilized at this level of care may include dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, recovery support groups, psychoeducational groups, art therapy, yoga, and recreational activities. In the PHP, clients have the opportunity to establish a solid support network and learn practical coping skills that they can implement in everyday situations.

At 'Ai Pono Maui Residential Treatment Center, we offer evidence-based, trauma-informed holistic eating disorder treatment in a peaceful home-like setting with picturesque views of the ocean (just footsteps away), mountains, and lush gardens. Our treatment center was designed to reflect and complement its surroundings - creating a peaceful, relaxing environment that will help women connect to their inner selves while on their journey towards recovery. We also offer a Partial Hospitalization (Day) Program in Maui and a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program accessible to all residents of Hawaii.

Sagepoint Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is Elk Grove's premier provider of dual diagnosis, evidence-based, and trauma informed services for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Sagepoint IOP's multidisciplinary treatment program is designed to provide integrated and high quality therapeutic interventions for adults 18+ diagnosed with a substance use disorder or addiction. Through comprehensive assessments, education, intervention, and treatment, Sagepoint IOP provides clients with the skills and tools for managing harmful substance use behaviors, as well as depression, anxiety, emotions, social interactions and other aspects to assist them in their recovery process. Sagepoint IOP provides a structured program in a warm and welcoming setting, where clients can continue to live at home and/or attend to work responsibilities while simultaneously focusing on their treatment. Sagepoint IOP offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that includes three hours of treatment, three days per week.

We specialize in helping patients who have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. The Acera team of highly qualified, licensed clinicians and medical professionals utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to teach practical skills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved impulse control. Through individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, psychiatry, parent support, and experiential therapies (including art, music, yoga, fitness, and nutrition), we provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment approach for each patient. At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, aggression, defiance, trauma, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At Evolve Walnut Creek, we believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored. Our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry; groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety; and daily academic support. (Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely.) Teens also participate in experiential therapies (e.g. equine, music, art, fitness, yoga, hiking, and meditation) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses.
