We are a full service Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counseling Center located in Lake Mary and Ocala, Florida. We focus our program toward developing partnerships with each client who is looking for assistance with healing their substance abuse or mental health concerns. What is unique about our program is that we treat each client as an individual and develop a program that is exclusive to that person. Dr Patrick Nave has over 25 years of counseling experience in Washington, California and Florida and utilizes a modified cognitive-behavioral approach in dealing with all addiction and mental health issues.

North Tampa Behavioral Health, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, provides acute inpatient treatment for adults and seniors age 18 and older who are struggling with depression, suicidal ideation, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. We also treat adults who have addictions to alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids. This level of care is a short-term treatment option for people who are in crisis and need immediate stabilization before transitioning to a lower level of care. Upon admission, patients meet with a member of our medical staff for a comprehensive assessment. Throughout treatment, patients can receive basic medical care and daily medication management services. Patients take part in multiple group therapy sessions every day. These sessions offer an opportunity for patients to have discussions with their peers and receive encouragement from compassionate professionals. The typical length of stay in our inpatient program is five to 10 days, but each patient’s individual progress and treatment goals determine their actual length of stay.

The Intensive Treatment Modalities Team is made up of mental health care professionals that have been providing treatment and care for adult and adolescent clients since the early 1980's.Serving the North Central Florida area with our main office being located in Gainesville. The mission of The ITM Group is to provide exceptional services to our clients. We endeavor to offer and to utilize only well-qualified therapists whose services are provided in a manner that supports the values of basic human dignity and respect. Our teams of therapist are Florida Licensed providers and include Psychologists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers whom have their own special area of expertise and credentialed as state mandated. We offer individual, family and marriage counseling in a friendly private environment. We also offer services for a number of state agencies for completion of court mandated requirements including juvenile and adult related programs.

The Refuge, A Healing Place in Ocklawaha, Florida, provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who have mental health disorders, eating disorders, and substance use concerns. Our PHP takes place on the same campus as our detoxification and residential treatment programs. However, this treatment program is a stand-alone option, and clients reside in separate housing from those in the residential programs. Clients in our PHP take part in six hours of therapeutic programming seven days a week, for up to 30 days. Many people enter our PHP after completing one of our residential treatment programs, but some enter this level of care directly. During the day, clients participate in therapies to learn more about mental health and addictions, develop valuable coping skills, and set goals for the future. Clients can also enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, sculpting, ropes courses, and canoeing. Our PHP promotes continued healing and prepares clients for life beyond treatment.

This treatment program is a short-term option that can offer long-term benefits. In our detox program, expert and compassionate medical professionals provide 24/7 guidance and help people safely and comfortably withdraw from drugs and alcohol. Everyone’s detox experience is different, but patients typically remain in our detox program for five to seven days. While they are in the detox program, patients can engage in the various therapeutic modalities we offer at our hospital, such as therapy. Upon admission, each patient receives a customized care plan that outlines what services they may receive during their stay at our treatment center.

Riverside Recovery is an upscale drug and alcohol treatment center for men and women offering a full continuum of care for people suffering with chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our comprehensive treatment program offers every level of care under one roof, including detoxification, residential, day/night (php), intensive outpatient services, outpatient services and family programming. This allows us to meet each patient right where they are, and provide the individualized treatment they need to break free from addiction and sustain long term recovery.

Sabal Palms Recovery Center in Brooksville, Florida, is a leading provider of residential addiction treatment services for adults age 18 and older. Our residential program is designed for those who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, prescription painkillers, heroin, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other substances. Clients live in dorm-style housing on our 10-acre campus as they participate in evidence-based therapies and receive services for several hours each day. Clients can work with our medical and behavioral health professionals who specialize in addiction treatment. If clients arrive at our treatment center with drugs or alcohol in their systems, they can begin addiction treatment by receiving detox services and then transition to our residential programming. Our residential addiction treatment program lasts around 28 days, but each person’s length of stay can vary depending on their progress and individual needs.
