Throughout programming, we provide family therapy sessions in virtual and in-person formats to help family members support their loved ones. In family therapy sessions, social workers and other behavioral health staff teach families better communication skills to repair and strengthen their relationships. We encourage families to express their feelings and thoughts. We focus on helping families understand what their loved ones may be experiencing, and we prepare them to provide the most effective support they can after their loved one completes treatment and returns home.

Sanford Behavioral Health at John Street is a CARF-accredited residential & outpatient addiction treatment & co-occurring disorders center. Characterized by robust excursions, evidence-based practices, nutritional guidance, & a psychiatrist-led medical & clinical team, Sanford offers excellence in the treatment of drugs (including stimulants & opioids) & alcohol in a restorative setting. Sanford patients & their therapists work collaboratively to establish an individualized plan for treatment & recovery. The program includes a full continuum of care, medical detox, medication management, 12-step meetings, chef, mindfulness, & art therapy—alumni & family support. Placement in a Sanford facility is determined at medical & psychiatric assessment

Communicare Michigan, LLC is dedicated to providing brain injury survivors, post trauma and individuals with other neurological impairments the skills and supports necessary to attain their highest level of functioning and quality of life in a supportive, community environment.

Our Rapid 4-Day Opiate Detox Procedure is for patients addicted or dependent on heroin, pills, Suboxone, Methadone, and Fentanyl and Kratom. Day 1- patient completes intake paperwork, lab work, physical & psychological exam. We include a private room, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WIFI and all meals are included. Day 2- patient is taken to the ICU, under the care of Award Winning, Board Certified Anesthesiologist & Addiction Specialist, Dr. Julia Aharonov. The patient receives IV Sedation and sleeps through withdrawals while closely monitored by the nursing staff. After the opiate reversal, the patient receives an FDA Approved Vivitrol® injection. Day 3- The patient comes back to their private room with 24-hour medical staff, and rests and recuperates for the day. If they experience any post-acute withdrawals, they are given non-addictive medications and receives those medications to take home. The next morning, after meeting with Dr. Aharonov, they are free to go home. Once your detox is complete, you are eligible for our detox-related aftercare. Financing is available.
