Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Academy offers. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.

To support our teens and their families in achieving long-term, sustainable healing, our clinical model takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, relational, educational, and spiritual—so they can thrive when they return home to their families, schools, and communities. Moreover, we are committed to ongoing research on the efficacy of our treatment. To ensure that our care is truly evidence-based, we track a variety of treatment goals and commission rigorous third-party evaluations of our programming. Data gathered on our outcomes using industry-approved measurement tools shows consistent positive results in measures of well-being, depression, and anxiety, with patients’ improvements, on average, exceeding levels of clinical significance.

ROWI Tustin is a comprehensive mental health facility which houses both the ROWI Kids (ages 8-11) and ROWI Teens (ages 12-17) programs. We are clinician-owned and operated, with 14 locations across Southern California. Our program includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric care. Our hand-picked team of licensed clinical and medical professionals utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Behavioral Activation to treat our teens. The Nsight Mental Health & Wellness Crisis Residential Treatment Center was created for clients who are seeking the highest quality of psychiatric care in a non-hospital setting. It is designed for individuals who are struggling with a primary mental health diagnosis who may require crisis stabilization before being admitted to an appropriate facility. The Nsight residential program, is a 6 bed psychiatric stabilization facility licensed by the California Department of Social Services and certified by the Department of Health Care Services, Mental Health Division. Since our inception in 2013, Nsight Psychology & Addiction has been dedicated to treating individuals in need of services for either primary mental health or substance abuse related issues. The residential facility provides a unique option for adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms to access quality psychiatric care in a voluntary and private setting without having to be admitted into a hospital. Our comfortable facility allows for a more private and individualized approach to psychiatric care to ensure that our clients receive professional treatment that exceeds the industry standard of care.
