The Hull Institute has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 20 years. We are a private outpatient practice working with individuals of all ages (8-80) and backgrounds with disordered eating or an eating disorder. We have 12 therapists and 5 dietitians, all specially trained in helping people recover from an eating disorder. People who come to us often also have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and/or addictions. We will treat all of them together.

Sometimes people are dealing with multiple life and health challenges creating a barrier to getting the most out of their mental wellness and/or addiction treatment. We offer "case management services", also called "Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)", to support you in managing other life concerns outside of therapy and other treatments. TBS will remove barriers and support your ability to focus on the healing and therapeutic value of other services.

The DBT/CBT skills are taught in an accepting, non-judgmental, validating environment. The focus is on those who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Chronic Pain, PTSD, OCD, Medical Issues causing Psychological Distress, Social Anxiety and those who need Coping Skills. We have three IOPs geared toward Mental Health. Two IOPs are DBT focused, one in the morning and one in the evening. The third IOP is a Health and Wellness IOP focused on those suffering with an acute or chronic Mental Health condition. Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is a premier provider of outpatient services for adults age 18 and older. In our intensive outpatient program (IOP), we help individuals who are living with moderate symptoms of behavioral health concerns learn the skills they need to achieve a better quality of life. We treat a variety of mental health disorders as well as co-occurring substance use disorders. Patients may begin treatment at the IOP level or step down to the program from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or residential programming. The IOP can be an ideal option for those who do not require round-the-clock care but may benefit from structured, professional mental healthcare services. Patients in the IOP attend programming three days a week for three hours each day. The flexible schedule of an IOP can make it a desirable option for people who need to continue fulfilling their daily commitments while also receiving treatment. Patients can participate in our IOP for up to 10 weeks, during which time they can learn to manage disruptive symptoms in a productive manner and make strides toward lasting healing.

Looking for a step down level of care? Midwest Recovery Center offers PHP, IOP and outpatient programming for patients struggling with addiction, alcohol and mental health disorders. We treat co-occurring disorders in which patients suffer from both addiction and mental health disorders like mood or thought disorders. We provide a safe environment and caring staff at our facility. We hope to have the opportunity to help you or your loved one. Typical PHP, Partial Hospitalization, programs are usually 5 days, about 6-8 hours of programming a day and include group and individual group therapy sessions. We have comfortable and spacious group therapy rooms, private offices for our one-on-one therapy sessions with our licensed counselors and providers. Typical IOP, Intensive Outpatient, is 3-4 days a week, about 3-4 hours per day. We offer flexible schedules because we know that many patients are trying to go back to school or find employment and may work during the day time.

Mansfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is located in Mansfield, Ohio, and provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older. MAT is specifically designed to help people who are struggling with addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids experience milder withdrawal symptoms, have fewer cravings, and maintain recovery. Many people might desire to stop using opioids, but the distressing symptoms of withdrawal make long-term recovery extremely difficult. MAT includes the administration of FDA-approved medications like methadone to help alleviate withdrawal symptoms and promote lasting freedom from opioids. In addition to medication, MAT at our CTC includes group and individual therapy sessions to address the psychological elements of addiction. Therapy sessions focus on teaching healthy coping skills to deal with stress, negative emotions, and challenges that may arise during recovery. This can include techniques such as problem-solving, stress management, mindfulness, and emotion regulation.
