The prescription medications used in MAT have proved to help people quit using opioids and manage the uncomfortable physical symptoms associated with withdrawal. The therapeutic component allows adults to learn how to manage negative emotions, address things like past trauma, and adopt the skills necessary to maintain recovery. Our compassionate team works directly with each patient to help them understand the reasons behind their opioid use and how opioid addiction has affected their life.
