Avery Lane is an innovative San Francisco Bay Area all-female Primary Substance Abuse, Primary Mental Health and Trauma Specialized inpatient and outpatient treatment center with programs thoughtfully designed and developed exclusively to meet the unique needs of women. We treat everything that comes up for women specifically while they struggle with substance abuse and mental health concerns. Providence Outpatient Behavioral Health Services offers comprehensive group treatment for people suffering from a range of acute mental health concerns. We provide Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. Our services include being seen by a psychiatrist for medication assessment and stabilization, dual diagnosis for addiction/dependency issues, older adult groups, DBT, DBT/dual diagnosis and CBT groups.

Our programs integrate evidence-based treatment methods with a spiritual and holistic approach to recovery in order to help our clients build long-lasting and integrative support networks for fostering a sustainable and joyous way of living.

Located in Sebastopol, California, Azure Acres Recovery Center offers comprehensive outpatient services that include a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Our PHP is available for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders. This level of care may be especially beneficial for people who do not require 24/7 monitoring but need structured treatment to achieve their wellness goals. Clients may enter the program directly or by stepping down from a higher level of care. The PHP meets Monday-Saturday for six hours each day. While the typical length of participation is 14-30 days, the actual program duration is determined on an individual basis. Interventions and techniques utilized at this level of care may include dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, recovery support groups, psychoeducational groups, art therapy, yoga, and recreational activities. In the PHP, clients have the opportunity to establish a solid support network and learn practical coping skills that they can implement in everyday situations.

Our full continuum of care allows us to provide treatment that meets the needs of each unique adolescent—whether they are stepping down from a residential program, require a higher level of care, or are seeking ongoing structure and community through outpatient programming. Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Institute offers. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many young adults who receive treatment from Newport Institute using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Institute maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.
