We are a boutique residential medical drug and alcohol detoxification facility specializing addiction treatment and dual diagnosis. We offer private rooms and a closely and professionally monitored medical detoxification using effective and safe methods to make your detoxification experience as safe and comfortable as possible. We also provide residential services for after the detox from 30-60 days. Our aim at Diamond House is to create a warm home-like environment where every individual has the privacy of their own room in addition to comfortable spaces for social interactions and group discussions. Located in Calistoga, California, Duffy’s Napa Valley Rehab offers residential treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an addiction to alcohol or drugs such as opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine, or benzodiazepines. At Duffy’s, our residential addiction programming is individualized for each person we treat. To meet the needs of each guest, treatment can include detoxification, 30 days of live-in care, and an extended treatment option for those who wish to continue building on their recovery skills. During their time at our residential addiction treatment center, guests can participate in group therapy, individual therapy, experiential therapies, and family support groups. Within those various types of therapies, we incorporate elements of the 12 Steps of recovery, the Seeking Safety model, and other evidence-based approaches to addiction treatment. The personalized support our guests receive can help them stop abusing substances and make changes that lead to lasting recovery.

Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week. At Evolve, we cater exclusively to children and adolescents. Our treatment team (which includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff) focus on what we do best: creating a safe, supportive, warm home environment for teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health. It’s research-proven that kids and teens have specific clinical needs that differ from other age groups. A specialty program like ours can be a safer experience and promote better recovery for your child than other programs which also include adults.
