Greenbranch is a high-end demographic boutique substance use disorder primary program licensed for outpatient co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder services. Boca Recovery Center in Galloway, New Jersey is a free-standing, 22-bed luxury Medical Detoxification and Residential program located close to the Jersey Shore. This treatment facility has been developed to provide medical detoxification and stabilization for individuals who are embarking on the journey of safe medical detoxification from alcohol or substance use disorders. Clients are provided with 24-hour medical care, with individualized medication management to ensure both safety and comfort during the early stages of the recovery process. Once medical stabilization has been attained, clients are then able to transition to the Residential program, where they begin working on the psychological processes to address the underlying mental health issues presenting together with the substance use disorders.

At Achieve Wellness and Recovery we offer outpatient treatment for individuals 18 and older. TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), is a safe, non-invasive, effective treatment option for individuals suffering from Major Depressive Disorder who have not seen satisfactory results from antidepressants. These pulses will feel like tapping on the scalp. When delivered at the correct frequency and intensity, the pulses create localized electromagnetic fields which have the ability to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. Although treatment plans are individualized, the typical course of treatment is 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. Each individual treatment session takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and patients can resume daily activities immediately after treatment. TMS does not use anesthesia, and patients are fully alert for the duration of the treatment session. TMS can be used as a stand-alone therapy, or in conjunction with medication and psychotherapies. TMS does not have the same side effects as traditional medications, and is generally well tolerated. The most common side effects are mild headache and sensitivity at the site of stimulation.
