Partial Hospitalization Program
As a leading mental health and addiction treatment hospital, Rebound Behavioral Health provides a wide range of programs that can meet the specific needs of each client. We offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment for mental health concerns and substance use disorders. After someone completes inpatient treatment, they may benefit from a structured step-down program that can help them transition out of care. For others who do not require an inpatient program, our PHP can provide the services they need. Unlike our inpatient programming, PHP care is offered only part of the day. This flexibility can allow clients to return home at the end of their sessions and services. However, we know that it may be difficult for some clients to leave each day, so we’re pleased to offer an on-site lodging option for adults who take part in our PHP. Clients who participate in our PHP can take advantage of the tranquil campus grounds and receive structured care while also enjoying downtime for personal reflection. Treatment Approach
In Rebound Behavioral Health’s PHP, we strive to provide personalized care, which means that each person’s background and goals determine the specifics of their treatment plan, including their length of stay and the therapies and services they take part in. Clients in our PHP complete an assessment and have the opportunity to meet with a psychiatrist on a weekly basis. Depending on their needs, clients can receive medication management services and attend therapy sessions. Daily group therapy sessions are the main form of treatment in our partial hospitalization program. Under the direction of a behavioral health professional, groups can provide the opportunity for clients to learn from the experiences of others and develop encouraging relationships. Clients can also learn about topics that can help them in their healing process, such as theories of addiction, relapse prevention, stages of grief, and coping skills. In addition to group therapy sessions, clients can participate in individual and family counseling, which is available depending on their treatment plan. Our Treatment Center

Our expert staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, behavioral health technicians, social workers, counselors, medical doctors, and psychiatrists. Together, we strive to serve and inspire those who receive care at our treatment center so that they can heal and thrive. While clients can step down to this program from a higher level of care, they may also enter our PHP directly. We are confident that our PHP can be an important step in the treatment process for clients. We also know that this program can be one of many steps. For this reason, we provide a detailed discharge plan that is customized for each client. This plan may include recommendations for continuing care and referrals so that clients can continue to build on the progress they made in our PHP.
