In our intensive outpatient program (IOP), we help individuals who are living with moderate symptoms of behavioral health concerns learn the skills they need to achieve a better quality of life. We treat a variety of mental health disorders as well as co-occurring substance use disorders. Patients may begin treatment at the IOP level or step down to the program from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or residential programming. The IOP can be an ideal option for those who do not require round-the-clock care but may benefit from structured, professional mental healthcare services. Patients in the IOP attend programming three days a week for three hours each day. The flexible schedule of an IOP can make it a desirable option for people who need to continue fulfilling their daily commitments while also receiving treatment.
