Hazelden Betty Ford delivers compassionate and innovative outpatient programming for those addicted to alcohol and other drugs. Services include intensive outpatient, outpatient, special groups, DUII Diversion Program, mental health, family program, continuing care, recovery support, and a special program for individuals addicted to opioids. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is offered in the morning hours as well as in the evening. Conveniently located off Highway 217 (Beaverton/Tigard Freeway), the Beaverton Outpatient Center provides a treatment model that allows patients to fully experience treatment and incorporate it into their daily lives, whether working, volunteering, caring for family, or going to school. Special Programming for Opiate Addiction
The COR-12 group, a specialty outpatient treatment group for people addicted to pain pills, heroin, or other opioid drugs, is offered in the morning and in the evening. In addition, all patients being treated with Suboxone and Naltrexone attend at least one COR-12 group a week after they complete the intensive outpatient program. Our overall goal is the preservation and improvement of the patient's quality of life and reducing the risk of relapse.
