The OCD Institute Texas provides specialty treatment for OCD, anxiety, phobias, depression & PTSD. Our expert therapists have all received intensive training in treating these disorders. They utilize evidence-based treatment, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families and couples. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualized plan that maximizes the chances of successful outcome. Our program is unique in that we offer a full continuum of care, including specialized outpatient clinic, and for those that need more intensive treatment we offera partial hospitalization and a residential program.

The Houston Center for Valued Living (HCFVL) provides comprehensive services for individuals grappling with a range of concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), various phobias (such as animal phobia, needle phobia, and driving phobia), Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder / Excessive Worrying, Social Anxiety, and those facing challenges in the transition to adulthood. These services fall under the category of Intensive Outpatient or IOP. Our IOP services are tailored for individuals who haven’t achieved the desired outcomes from meeting with a therapist once or twice a week. Our clinicians offer a compassionate therapeutic environment, where they work with you one-on-one, in 3-hour blocks, 3 to 5 days a week to collaboratively address your specific treatment needs. These sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. IOP proves particularly valuable for those transitioning from residential or inpatient treatment, individuals taking school or work leave, or those in need of more substantial support than what weekly outpatient therapy provides.

Ethos Wellness - Lovett is a beautiful healing space that houses the largest group of specialized therapists anywhere in the Greater Houston Area. Clinicians at The Lovett Center are equipped to treat substance use issues, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief, relationship issues, as well as other mental and emotional issues through individual, group, and family therapy. Petoskey Center provides patients with the opportunity to experience intensive treatment without the need for inpatient or residential psychiatric hospitalization. They can continue meeting their responsibilities (as much as possible) in their communities while diving more deeply into treatment. Petoskey Center's intensive outpatient program (IOP) gives clients a safe place to: Explore the reasons behind their psychological struggles; learn and practice new skills for coping, managing, and preventing emotional crises; identify a path forward in terms of education, career, family, lifestyle; and ​practice implementing real change both in and outside the therapy environment. We are focused on mental health issues and do not work with patients struggling with addiction as their primary difficulty.

Grief Recovery Center is a private outpatient mental health counseling practice located in Houston, Texas. We are a team of licensed Mental Health Professionals in Houston dedicated to providing confidential counseling services and compassionate care. Our unique integrated treatment approach uses a multidisciplinary treatment team and a wide range of treatment services to assesses and treat the whole client and their significant others. An individualized treatment plan is customized for each client to address their specific treatment needs. The Orchard on the Brazos is a luxury co-ed, residential substance use disorder treatment facility. We provide a unique standard of care blending evidence-based and experiential treatment modalities. With over 100+ years of combined experience, our medical team is comprised of experts that specialize in treating addiction. Nestled on a 132 acre ranch, The Orchard on the Brazos is a place of healing where you are invited to begin again. Our holistic approach incorporates three pillars of lifelong sobriety: Recovery, Spiritual Exploration, and Reintegration. Rebuilding life after addiction can seem overwhelming. Every resident that comes in will receive medical stabilization under the care of a clinical staff that is available 24/7. We offer a full spectrum of services including trauma therapy, fitness programming, group and individual counseling sessions and a comprehensive family program that will include visits and therapy sessions with them throughout the residents’ stay. Our program is made up of two phases, and the length of stay depends on the needs of the individual.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.
