We strive to make quality treatment more accessible in the North Carolina area. Through numerous evidence-based therapeutic modalities, our treatment facility helps adults overcome mental health challenges. Our staff members have extensive experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused client centered therapy, existential approach and more. The Charlotte location also provides Yoga for Recovery, twice per week offered to all clients.

But when an adult receives care at North Wilkesboro Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), they benefit from a time-tested, research-supported approach to treatment that combines prescription medication and counseling. This approach, which is known as medication-assisted treatment (MAT), can help people end their opioid use and build a foundation for long-term recovery from opioid addiction. The medication component of MAT can ease the symptoms of opioid withdrawal so that people can complete the detox process with limited discomfort. During counseling, our patients work with experienced professionals to make the behavioral changes that can help them resist future urges to abuse opioids or other addictive substances.

We provide in office, telehealth, and community/home based clinical counseling services. We are open Mon-Sat, 9am-8pm. by Appointment only. Clients can participate in the Residential (24/7), Partial Hospitalization (5 days per week) and Intensive Outpatient (3 days per week) programs depending on their needs and goals.
