Recovery DBT is an innovative mental health organization dedicated to promoting and providing essential DBT skills and values to our community through an enriching DBT experience and skill development program. Some of our programing includes: Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) 24/7 Skill and Crisis Coaching Parenting Skills and Coaching. Our Adherent DBT Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an 14-week curriculum which prepares our clients with the skills they need to cope with their most challenging internal battles such as suicidal ideation, self harm behaviors, and eating disorders. ​ Clients are generally referred to IOP by their doctor or therapist as a soft landing from a full or partial hospitalization or as a step up in care for worsening of self harming symptoms.

HealthQwest in Canton is a community-based, Outpatient Addiction Treatment Program that treats patients with Opioid Use Disorder. We provide General Outpatient (OP) and Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone, buprenorphine/Suboxone, and Vivitrol coupled with one-on-one, individualized counseling from our Certified Addiction Counselors.

The Cottages on Mountain Creek, licensed by the state and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides a holistic approach for stabilization and reintegration back into society for adults living with a Mental Health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Major Depression and Anxiety, as well as other mental health diagnoses). The Cottages also has a 4th-year Resident Rotation with the Depart. of Psychiatry of a major Teaching Hospital. Programming includes a 24/7 residential treatment program as well as transitional independent living housing (mental health) which includes case management. We also offer day programming, as well as an out-patient drug and alcohol program (separate program from the mental health program). Additional services include assistance with helping our clients obtain employment.
