It is the mission of Spring Gardens Recovery to democratize access to comprehensive and holistic addiction treatment. The outpatient program embodies an integrative model that incorporates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Those models are seamlessly blended with complimentary and holistic modalities including Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
