We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. At Youth Care Treatment Center, we understand that adolescents have unique needs when it comes to behavioral health treatment. At our campus, we offer age-appropriate care through our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Draper, Utah. We provide treatment for young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), conduct disorders, and attachment disorders. Adolescents ages 13-18 can participate in our PHP and receive targeted therapeutic interventions for nine hours per day, five days per week. This treatment option is ideal for young people who don’t require round-the-clock residential care but would still benefit from intensive therapies. At Youth Care, we understand that every young person's healing journey is unique. Therefore, we believe in personalizing their treatment plan as much as possible. Every adolescent’s experience is different, but most young people participate in our PHP for four to five months. In our PHP, adolescents can engage in several different therapies, such as individual therapy up to three times a week, family therapy once a week, and daily group therapies.

The philosophy of New Beginnings is a multifaceted and collaborative approach based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Using true client centered methods, interventions and treatments are tailored to focus on patterns of thinking that are maladaptive and the beliefs that undermine such thinking. Our treatment process is two fold: (1) helping our clients make true internal change through exploring and healing emotional scars, while (2) helping our clients extinguish and replace overt behaviors through external modification, resulting in the overall corrective emotional experience.

Recovery Ways Intensive Outpatient Program, or IOP, offers addiction & mental health treatment that empowers patients to function more independently and responsibly, while preparing them and providing the skills and abilities to lead successful lives in their communities. Recovery Ways Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to cater to your daily routine and career, preventing periods of absence from your job and daily obligations. We provide comprehensive services for those who are assessed as being able to participate successfully in regularly scheduled outpatient visits and who are not at medical risk. A licensed therapist will perform an assessment and help you design an individualized and unique program that fits your needs. Your personalized, outpatient addiction program will include a weekly commitment to attend three Recovery Ways evening or morning group therapy sessions. There is also a family program and you will be introduced to local 12-step groups.

First, many of us in recovery, more so in early recovery, think of ourselves as either being worse than or better than everyone else, which is one of the reasons why humility is such a big deal in 12-Step programs. At Youth Care Treatment Center in Draper, Utah, we provide clinically excellent residential treatment for adolescents ages 11-18 who are suffering from mental health conditions and substance use concerns. We serve young people who have anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), reactive attachment disorder (RAD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Students can enter this level of care directly, and each person receives a customized treatment plan to guide their time with us. We understand the unique developmental needs of children and teens, and our age-appropriate programming is designed to help adolescents build a strong foundation for healing. Each student’s length of stay in our residential program depends on their response to treatment, cooperation, and overall goals. However, most students remain in our residential program for four to five months.

We work well with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We believe that lasting change comes when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain to change. Sunrise is a group of residential treatment centers for adolescent and teen girls in Utah. Teenage girls come to Sunrise to find healing as they learn to regulate their emotions and successfully manage daily life tasks with increased independence – all while continuing their education. Sunrise’s treatment programs are strength-based, working closely with each student to develop strengths and harness her gifts, passions, and talents. Detox is the process of getting the drugs or alcohol out of the system and treating any uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms that may occur. The amount of time a client remains in our detox varies on a number of factors. These includes the severity of the dependency or addiction, what amounts of certain drugs are in the system, the type of drug and how long it takes to get medically stabilized.
