With an integrated system of care, CooperRiis offers six levels of treatment, The CooperRiis at Asheville Program (residential treatment), The Farm at Mill Spring (residential treatment), Extended Care at the Farm (semi-transitional), The Asheville Community Program (transitional living with two levels of support), and a Partial Hospitalization Program or "PHP" (outpatient care).

Our safe, close-knit community and highly structured programs ensure our residents have the best support possible for a successful and long-term recovery. Now offering a Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment program (SACOT) & Intensive Out Patient (IOP) program available to the Asheville community. Next Step Recovery also is a MAT friendly program and supports men across mental health and substance use disorders.

New Hope Treatment Centers, is a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare provider. Our psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF), provides comprehensive residential treatment to youth ages 12 to 21. Our facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and our programming offers Trauma Focused Evidence Based practices that produce improved outcomes for those we serve. Our programs offer treatment to those with a history of: sexually harmful behaviors, trauma, self injury, failed attempts at lower levels of care, repeat stays in acute inpatient settings, aggression and violence towards others. This setting also operates a fully accredited private school and offer medical/dental care and on-site recreational therapy services.

IOP Services provides intensive group therapy to adults. We are the only independent, clinician owned mental health IOP in Alabama . We do not provide care to individuals whose primary current problem is a substance use disorder. There are many other options for their care. IOP provides intensive therapy 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. Group therapy is the foundation of IOP. Group has been well established as an effective treatment approach for 80 years. The interpersonal experience of group is supplemented and enriched with instructional material, psychiatric education and a variety of evidence based approaches. Most clients continue their regular individual therapy schedule while in IOP. Enrollment is not determined by a diagnosis but rather by how problems are interfering in your life. We offer in person and virtual treatment in Birmingham and Madison, Alabama. We currently offer morning (9am-12pm) and afternoon in person groups (1pm-4pm) sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We offer virtual groups on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-12pm, 1-3 pm and 5-8pm.

The Pines at Holly Hill Adult (18+) and Adolescent (13-17 years old) Outpatient offers two programs: Partial Hospitalization (Mon-Fri from 8:45am-2:00pm) and Intensive Outpatient: (Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:45am-12:00pm). Led by our Director of Outpatient and staffed with a team of medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Therapists and Registered Nurse), each program uses elements of evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients in need of more supportive treatment.
