STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Just as the ancient peoples of the world, they are in need of STAR Guides. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. Led by a physician and Veteran, HopeWay offers evidence-based treatment through individual psychiatric and therapeutic care, group therapy and a variety of integrative therapies. Clients can participate in the Residential (24/7), Partial Hospitalization (5 days per week) and Intensive Outpatient (3 days per week) programs depending on their needs and goals. Our specialized expertise is proven to help Veterans & First Responders find the hope and healing they deserve.

At Williamsville Wellness, we believe that the key to successful and lasting recovery is through individual attention. Where other addiction treatment centers rely primarily on group therapy sessions, we provide 15+ one-on-one sessions per week with our multidisciplinary staff. Within these frequent individual sessions and supplemental group sessions, our patients are able to address behaviors, contributing factors to addiction, emotional and mental health, family issues, coping mechanisms, and more to gain a comprehensive look into the root and impacts of their addiction.
