At Evolve Calabasas, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, dual-diagnosis, ADHD, self-harming, suicidality, and other behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have been found to be most effective. Treatment works best when it is individually tailored to the teen, so our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen in order to develop a customized treatment plan that is constantly updated. Our clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week, weekly psychiatry sessions, daily groups such as DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention, and daily academic support. Teens also participate in experiential therapies proven to support recovery like equine, art, drama, music, fitness, cooking, and yoga as well as 12-Step programs for those struggling with substance use. We use innovative and personalized approaches for IOP/PHP Substance/Trauma clients! We are a one-stop-shop clinic with all services under the same roof such as psychiatry, psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, MAT, Spravato. We coordinate all services in the best interest of each client before, during and after the IOP program for additional support and continuation of the care. We also can find mental health support for family members so the whole family system unit receives an adequate guidance and treatment. Our psychiatric services as permanent within the clinic virtually and in person. Our Veterans' mental health program provides ketamine assisted psychotherapy as additional service to the IOP. Our Substance Use IOP program is supported by the MAT service during and after the completion of the program. Clear Behavioral Health (formerly Insight Treatment) Programs are intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs for teens and early young adults (14-19 years of age) suffering from mental health and addiction issues. Every family is unique and has different needs, problems, and resources.
