At Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery, we are committed to taking our clients from a belief that they are hopeless victims to a realization that, through accountability, honesty, and action, they will free themselves of their own bondage and live a life of great victory. We provide men and women safe, effective, intensive, and expansive therapeutic drug and alcoholism addiction treatment programs in a family-style residential setting. We prepare them to remain sober and recover from alcoholism and drug addiction and to embrace a lifelong design for living a hope-filled life. We believe the answer is found in treating the whole person rather than trying to fix a piece. Through strong science-based treatment, each client will leave Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery with a clear road map of how to maintain that hope-filled life. We believe that living a healthy, recovered life requires spiritual, physical, emotional and social balance. Our Family Program
Blue Ridge strongly believes that the disease of addiction knows no boundaries and its sole mission is to destroy lives. Families are vulnerable and members are often just as afflicted as the addict or alcoholic. Our comprehensive services include extensive family programming, education and support. We are committed to the whole solution, not just a part, and provide a three-and-a-half day program for patients and family members. At the Family Program, attendees gain insight into the disease process and how it impacts the family unit. Each patient is strongly encouraged to have family members participate in this vital component of the treatment process. Our primary goals are to help each family member become knowledgeable about chemical dependency issues, gain an understanding of how he or she has been personally affected by this disease, to improve communication skills, and to begin behavioral change. Residential 12-Step Program
Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center provides medically supervised detoxification for those clients who are experiencing the difficult emotional and physical complications that occur during the process of withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs in a close, intimate setting. The detox program provides individuals with daily access to the facility Medical Director and 24-hour nursing care. In addition, clients participate in individual and group counseling designed to facilitate their transition into the next level of care. Take the first step to help.
