Creekside Collaborative Therapy, PLLC, is a network of clinicians in private practice who specialize in trauma and complex mental health issues. Our therapists and prescribers share a common vision of providing quality mental health services which are trauma-informed and based on interventions that have been proven to be effective. We are experienced clinicians with a variety of specialties. Because of this, we are able to find the right provider for each client based on his or her individual needs. Creekside Collaborative Therapy offers a variety of therapeutic services. We provide individual, family and group therapy along with medication management. We have therapists who specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, Play therapy, DBT, Yoga and other trauma-focused interventions. In addition, we provide community trainings, therapeutic mentoring and supervision/consultation for other mental health professionals. We have 7 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioners who can provide medication management for clients of all ages. We Accept Most Major Insurances & Medicaid
We are in-network with most major insurance companies, including Medicaid. When we are out of network we offer affordable cash rates.
